Show Me Animal Products started in 1993 by Vocational Services, Inc. The company provides employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. The original animal first aid kits were for horses and created to expand job-creation efforts with an original product for people with disabilities to assemble. Since then the product line has grown to include dogs, cats, and birds.

Vocational Services Inc. is a non-profit organization accredited by CARF, the leading organization for measuring non-profit services. VSI operates three workshops in metropolitan Kansas City, MO. These workshops provide packaging, assembly and printing services.
